LIVOS Energies is the energy company of LIVOS Gruppe. We invest in and operate photovoltaics, battery storage and the power supply of data centers – wherever industry needs electricity.
LIVOS Gruppe was founded in 2005 and has been active as an investor and asset manager in the German real estate market ever since. It holds around 1.5 million m² of lettable space and manages assets of around EUR 1.5 billion. This capital base and two decades of experience as investor and asset manager stand behind every LIVOS Energies project.
Capital. As part of LIVOS Gruppe, we finance projects from our own resources. Site operators do not need to invest.
Experience. Our team has planned, built and operated solar and storage projects totalling 3.4 GWp – from commercial roofs to utility-scale plants.
Delivery. Solos GmbH is our experienced partner for engineering, construction and operations, and GIG our specialist for supplying industrial parks.
Reliability. Short decision paths and long-term thinking: we remain owner and operator of our assets.
