Triefenstein, 22 August 2026 – The planned AI data center in Triefenstein-Trennfeld has completed its site assessment under the EN 50600 data center standard. The result: the site is suitable for a data center; the conditions from the assessment are being built into the further planning.

In the existing halls of a former industrial plant, a “powered building” data center with a 40 MW grid connection and 32 MW of IT load at full build-out is being created. Year-round dry cooling achieves a PUE of 1.117 without cooling water.
